Green, Ohio's Tyler Tudor took the overall title. Jacob Cunningham of Kimberly, Wisconsin, and Jake Lewis split wins in the 65cc DTX class, with Cunningham winning the overall by one point. Lewis came back to top Cunningham in the 65cc Modified class, as Lewis posted three wins. In the 85cc DTX (9-13) Wiseco class, Patrick Jacobsen started with two wins on the short tracks. He followed that with a second and third to win the title. Jacobsen had even more success in the 85cc Modified (7-1 I) class, posting three wins and a second. J.D. Beach, 13, of Kent, Washington, dominated the 85cc Modified (12-15) class, posting wins and a runner-up. The I25cc Modified class was the only class in group one to run on the mile, so they only rode one short track. Jeffrey Carver used wins on the TT and half mile to take the title. Fremont, California's Chad Cose won the 250cc Modified (two-stroke). The 14-year-old won both the half mile and TT. Carver edged Cose in the 250cc DTX, posting wins on the short track and mile. The 250cc Modified (four-stroke) Flattrack Illustrated had four different winners, but Stevie Bonsey had three second-place finishes to go with his win, and that was good enough for the title. Cory Texter and 14-year-old Toby Stay of East Worchester, New York, battled over the 400cc Modified title, each recording a win. Texter came out on top by way of two runner-ups to go with the wins. By far, the 450cc Modified Maxxis class was the biggest of the week. Stevie Bonsey used wins on the short track and half mile to propel himself to the title. The 505cc Modified SuperTrapp class went right down to the wire, but 14-yearold Matthew Weidman of Westerlo, New York, came away with the overall without posting a win. Fellow New Yorker Kyle Wyman had two wins but fell two points short after Weidman garnered three seconds and a third. The 600cc Modified Monster Plates class belonged to Texter, with two wins and two seconds. The Veteran 30-Plus class was led by former Pro Experts Roger Durkee of Dudley, Massechusetts; Kirk Strong of Shoreline, Washington; and Jack Mayer of Midland, Michigan. Durkee won the first three races and skipped the mile. Mayer won the mile, but Strong's second moved Mayer to second overall, behind Durkee. Two second-place finishes and two fourth-place finishes were good enough to give Strong the Senior 40-Plus Open G2 Ergonomics overall title despite two race wins by Dan McKim of Flint, Michigan. Tulsa, Oklahoma's Steve Nichols finished strong and took the Super Senior 50-Plus Open class with two wins. East Tawas, Michigan's David Tyo overcame a seventh-place finish on the mile to post two wins and a runner-up for the 18-Plus CN Open Twin Championship.
