bottom: Anderson lined up toward the outside. In between were veteran AMA Expert Eric Brouhard, Greg Gonczy. and first-time Pro rider Dan Haggard. When the green flag flew, Anderson got to the first comer first. w;th Laubersheimer using his inside pole advantage to beat Broten to the comer, with Mataya following. Anderson took a commanding lead, while Broten and Laubersheimer diced for the second podium spot. Mataya remained in tow. This order continued for the full duration of the race. On the wild last lap, Broten pulled alongside Laubersheimer coming out of tum two and had the advantage going into three. Broten killed his engine in the middle of the turn, and Mataya made a bold move, passing both Broten and Laubersheimer. Mataya hooked Laubersheimer and went into the wall. The finaJ finishing order was Anderson way out in front, followed by Laubersheimer and then Brouhard, who had been waiting in the wings for an incident like this to happen. In 250cc Amateur action, Adam Dolney took his DTXed Vamaha to victory in both the heat and main event. Dolney has worked hard all winter to improve his dirt-track technique. He started out the season struggling and crashing a lot. but now that he's comfortable with the bike and the track, he goes out and wins races. Dolney is hoping to take some of these acquired skills to the road race tracks this spring. Year-end points battles are reaJty close now in all of the classes. The next race will be a doubleheader and the final race meet for the season. This night's program had 81 racers signed up. (Han); 3. Cole Andenon (KTM); 4. Matthew E11_ (Pol); S.
