perfect weekend, sweeping all four of
the main events and topping it off by
aking both wins in the Dash For
Cash races. He is the only ride r this year to do
so . And with six rounds to go , Lange has an 80 point lead over second place in the ser ies points
standings . Lange is also lead ing the Dash For
Cash po ints , wi t h an 18 -po int lead over
Demuth. Taking 12 w ins already th is year, Lange
looks to again be another unstoppable force in
are nacross. He is also looking like he can repeat
last year 's title with no problems, and as the
season progresses , it is quickly becoming evident
that last year 's championsh ip was no fluke.
"Eve rything went smooth this weekend, and I
felt good : ' Lange said, "I was able to win all the
heat races and mains and dash this weeke nd. It felt
great to do it. My Pirelli tires and Pro Circuit
Suspension helped me a lot out there. I was able to
get through the whoops better than anyone could.
In the mains, I was able to take the lead pretty fast
and started to check out . My bikes are the best out
there. I want to thank my team and sponsors ."
Going 3-2-3-3 in the main events this weekend was Shogun/Yamaha rider Josh De muth.
After an up-and-down first three ro unds, it looks
like Demu th is back. The Yamaha rider showed a
lot of improvem ent this weeke nd as he stayed in
the top five in all four mains.
"This we ekend was a lot better for me than
the past few rounds," Demuth said. "The w hole
weekend went good , and I think we got the sus pens ion probl ems fixed. I got second and a third,
and then tw o thirds on Saturday. I felt good all
weekend , and the bikes felt great, too . I think we
improved a lot from the past races . I felt strong
all weekend . I like the dirt and tra ck here. I can't
wait until the Dallas roun d, so I can be in front of
my hometown fans. My bikes are great and fast.
