Pirelli has been chose n as the exclusive tire supplier for the brand-new Buell lig htning City X. Called an "urban street fighte r" by its creator, company founder and chief
designe r Erik Buell, the City X was designed as the ultimate "naked" bike. The new City X is the latest example of Erik Buell's unique vision and approach to street-bike design
and execution that began years ago when he was initially employed at Harley-Davidso n. It will be fitted e xclusivelywith the Pirelli Scorpion Sync rad ial. Pirelli is extremely
pleased that the Scorp ion Sync has bee n chosen for 100-percent O E fitment on the lighting City X, as the tire is as distinctive as the bike itse lf.
The tech nology beh ind the Pirelli Scorpi on Sync allows the tire to meet the needs of this bike segment. Pirelli's patented zero-degree , steel-be lted radial co nstru ction pro vides uniform pressure distr ibution and efficient contact patch for pe rformance and high-speed stability.
