Dre ie r finished seco nd after pulling off some great hole sho ts, w hich Matins is also known for. Came ro n Rodriguez picked up his second third- overall finish with his 3-S score, and Phillip Bruscella (5-4) and Bubba McQui nn (6-3) roun de d out the top five. ASY/ Bill' s Pipes rider Geo rge jeffers was on a ro ll at roun d three of t he Pe rris Hot Summer Nights Se ries. The Troy Lee rider swe pt both motos in bot h t he 80cc ( 14- 16) and Super mini classes. but he fell short of a thr ee-class sweep whe n he went 2· 2 in t he BOcc Open class, be hind Team Gree n ride r Terren O 'Dell. Prince Kapahulehua finished fourth , be hind Suzuki rider jo hnny jelderd a, in the first O pe n moto but the n improved his overall score to third with a third in mota tw o. HahnVCycle Pit Stop -backed Parker Eckman finished in the run ne r-up sp ot bo th times out, beh ind his fellow Suzuki teammate Jeffers, in the Supermini class. Kapahulehua put in a pair of solid motos for a 3-3 score and third overall, ahead of Drake Rainier (5-4) and Dalto n Brown (4-5). Shane Koja is demonstrating some improved speed in the 2S0cc No vice class as t he series matures. The TAG/EVS-backed Koj. finished 3-2 fo r ru nne r- up overall , be hi nd fello w Suzuki rider Sco tt Mar ti n. Bryce Harkey, o n his Z-Racing KTM, swe pt the 60cc Beginner class at ro und three, as he ran from Mike Cr onk and Zachary Forsythe in moto o ne .
