Holladay managed to ke ep the Team Gree n rider at bay unt il lap t hree , when Lemo ine fo und a line an d ma de t he pass.and then held the lead to the checkered flag. Lemoine nabbed the holeshot in mota two and immed iate ly began to distance himself fro m the class . Ho lladay chased the leader for two laps befor e a miscue put him at the back of the pack. Cory Perdue was now second, followed by Richard White , w ho had been busy wo rking his way thr ough the pack from filth place. Holladay finished fourth, but his second-mo ta score only netted him third overall, beh ind Le mo ine ( I- I) and Perdue (3-2). Cody Dickey made his de but in the Pro classes, and he did it in style, by winning all four mo tos in t he 125cc and 250cc A events. Dickey absconded with the holeshot in the first 125cc mota and str uck out on his own , in front of I25cc Intermediate rider Collin Gossen, and the y stayed in formation all the way to the finish. Cody Drewe k got the secon d-mo ta holeshot but was shortly overtaken by Dickey on lap o ne. Drewe k had suffere d a lessthan-stellar start in mota one but was on top of his game in the seco nd mot a . Gossett raced in third for two laps until he was passed by David Jenson of New Mexico . Jenson was on fire , and he led the Inte rmediate charge from that point on, as positions we re contested far th e remainde r of the race . Gossett held second in his class and fourth in the race up until lap five, whe n Devin Blackburn , who had been shadowing him, made his bid (or the position and succeede d . On t he last lap, Taylor Smith rode up on Gossett to take third (ro m him, (arcing Gossett to finish fourth. Bryan Jackson chased Russell Poner to the finish line in the first Ove r 30 moto, finishing second, followed by Mike Shelman, Brian William and VaughnJoh nson . s The second mota saw Jackson snat ch the holeshct. chased by Potter and She lman. At t he t op of lap two , Shelman passed Pott er, but Pon e r passed him back out of the tower sweepe r. Shelman zeroed in on Poner again and passed him late r o n the same lap, but Poner was unable to get a line on him again by the end of the race and had to senle for third . Meanwh ile , Shelman had ree led in jackson and was all over him like a duck on a june bug, but jackso n held on to t he lead position to ta ke the win and the overall w ith a 2- 1 punch .
