Tobin took advantage of a m istak e by Meeks to move into second on the next lap. and Abell gapped the three-rid er freight trai n behind him by four seconds. When the white flag cam e out, Tobin had worked his way to just two seconds behind Abell . and he had two seconds on Meeks. On the final lap , Meeks put o n a c ha rge and passed T obin for sec o nd go ing into the back section, and then he set his sights on th e lead er .
