Webb, Swoll Out For
Rest Of MX Season
T
he crash Cooper Webb suffered at the Dallas
Supercross earlier this year which severely hurt
his chances to retain the Supercross number-one
plate will now also cost him a run at the 450MX
outdoor title. Webb and his Red Bull KTM team
announced that he's pulling out of the 2020 Lucas
Oil AMA Pro Motocross Championship. Webb
re-aggravated the injury at the outdoor season
opener at Loretta Lynn's last weekend and will
sit out the rest of the championship. At that race,
Webb suffered multiple herniated discs in his
back, and his medical team is underway assessing
options for recovery.
The Rockstar Energy Husqvarna team also an-
nounced that 250MX rider Jalek Swoll is recover-
ing from a concussion that he sustained at Loretta
Lynn's 1. He's return is week by week. CN

Date Set For Two-Stroke World
Championships
T
he Wiseco 2-Stroke MX
World Championships hosted
by Fasthouse has been resched-
uled for October 3, 2020 after
being previously postponed due
to Covid-19.
The Wiseco 2-Stroke MX
World Championships hosted by
Fasthouse will take place Sat-
urday, October 3 at Glen Helen
Raceway in San Bernardino,
California. The race will offer a
combined pro purse of $10,000
as well as over 40 classes
covering 50cc to Open displace-
ments, youth to 70+ age ranges,
and beginner to pro skill levels.
Additionally, Pasha Afshar will
be adding Pasha Racing 125cc
30+ Pro and 50+ Pro classes in
the mix to as an encore to other
Pasha Racing 125 events that
have been held at Glen Helen
this year.
