cyk had his hands full with Brad Hagseth as lap one came to an end. Antunez passed Hagseth on lap three and proceeded toward the front. Holland was riding with a vengeance, and Demuth could only watch as he pulled away steadily. Rather than risking a crash, Demuth waited for things to happen. They didn't right away, and Holland seemed like he would post his first win of the season. Then Demuth began pressuring Lange, and both pressured Holland out front. By the halfway mark, lappers became a factor. Antunez collided with Kelley, and both went down. Right then, Lange bullied his way around Demuth and Holland. Demuth followed suit around Holland, but two turns later Demuth and Lange collided. Lange stayed up and ran off with the lead and the eventual win. Hoi· land got second, while Demuth recovered for third. "It felt real good," said Holland. "I love racing; I've dedicated my life to it. All this hard work and all the injuries that we all go through, it feels real good to stand on that box. This is by far the toughest Arenacross season I've been in, and it feels all that much sweeter when you do good." "I had some rough going with some lappers," Demuth said.
