holeshot. McNeill was following closely, pushing Neuens at every turn. Neuens held off McNeill for second place in the first moto, but McNeill took the holeshot in the second and held him off for second overall. behind Fox_ Neuens would not make that mistake in the Unlimited Mini class, taking the holeshot on McNeill in both motos for a 2-2 score and second overall, behind Fox. The 85cc (12-13) and 85cc (14-15) class- es went out together in a staggered start. The 14- to 15-year-olds went out first, with Josh Thomas taking the holeshot, followed by Brett Knierim and Johnny Howard. Thomas took off for a commanding lead, leaving them all behind. When the second gate dropped, Chasity Man took off, leaving Jeff Cronquist behind. Within two laps, Man had worked his way up behind Knierim and Howard. By the end of the third lap, she had passed both and taken off. looking for Thomas, but she ran out of laps, and Thomas took the checkered flag, with Man not too far behind. Results so SHAFT: I.
