Formula Two·Stroke saw Morrow record
his second win of the day, over Joe Pomeroy's
Bridgestone-backed RZ350 Yamaha and
the Southern Photonics Yamaha of Bernard Hensler.
It was a Team Vintage Specialties sweep in
Formula RD, as Chris Stevenson took the win
over team boss Garland and teammate Robert
Macaulay.
Sunday's Vintage Seven race, which is
sput into Middleweight and Heavyweight divi-
sions, saw Roger Shelton take his mid·
dleweight Kawasaki 600 to the overall win. His
smaller 600 seemed to be the machine to
have, as he carved through the tight section
quicker than the bigger heavyweights. William
Mayfield took the Heavyweight win on his
Baxley Trailer Company FZR I 000, over
Wayne Willis, on a 900cc Ducati, and Fred
Hull's Kawasaki 750.
