Qut, O'Brien was surprised to see Dorman on his tail as they headed down the hill to the flag. O'Brien took the win, with Dorman a mere two bikelengths behind. Wotruba held on to third. Tabalske had a brilliant ride for fourth; he dived to the outside of Wotruba in the final corner but couldn't make it stick. Dedering rounded out the top five. Dedering got into the lead early on during the second moto. Tabalske had a great start and moved into the lead on the second lap. With the laps being cut down to three, Tabalske made the last two laps a sprint to the finish. Tabalske squeaked away with the win, ahead of Dedering. To Tabalske's surprise, he took the overall via 4·1 tallies. Wotruba settled for second again with consistent 3·3 scores. Dorman ended up with 2·4 finishes for third overall. Dedering finished one spot ahead of first-moto winner O'Brien with 5·2 tallies. O'Brien let the overall slip away· along with a few points - with 1-7 scores. Jake laCount took the holeshot in the first 125cc B moto, just ahead of fast man Andy Zambon. Both Zambon and Matt Mral got around laCount before the end of the first lap. Jared Keuntjes. a fast Mini rider back in the day, was moving strongly through the pack on his thumper to get into the top five. Keuntjes made easy pickings of Mral and laCount on the second lap and moved in right behind the leader. Craig Wallace ate the ground on the first lap, putting him near the back of the pack and out of contention. It didn't take long for Keuntjes to move ahead of Zambon during the third lap. Keuntjes took the first·moto win, with Zambon a respectable runner-up. LaCount rounded out the top three. Keuntjes went on to lead every lap of the second mota. Zambon made it a carbon copy of the first moto, as he settled for second. Wallace kept his Yamaha upright during the second moto and piaced third. The overall went to Keuntjes, with 1-1 scores, and Zam~ bon took second. LaCount put in good rides for third overall on his Kawasaki with a 3·5 tally. Jason Mathie used good starts to take the Sportsmen B win. Mathie shot out to the lead in mota one, with David Bougie, Michael Groleau, Kenny Soulier and Matt Mraz close behind. Bougie kept Mathie in sight the whole mota. Groleau rode alone in fourth on his CRF450R. Mral hounded Soulier for the first two laps until Craig Wallace got into the mix. Mral held Wallace off as long as he could. Soulier gained some ground on the two battling behind him. Bougie made some mental errors while trying to catch the leader and had to settle for second. Mathie took the win, with Bougie in second. Groleau gladly took third, ahead of Soulier. Mathie also took the win in the second moto, while Groleau settled for second.
