dropped to 15th overall. Siebler took advantage of Weber's misfortune and went 2-1 to
score an overall win, followed by Bob Melloy
(3-3) and local Yamaha rider Dale Ainslie (5-4).
Ainslie fared
much
better in
the
250cc/Open B Stock dass, using a 2-1 tally
to win overall. Weber this time finished both
motos and snared second overall with a 3·2
tally, while Miller went 1-4 to garner third
overall.
Brush Prairie, Washington's Currier has
been the cream of the crop in the 65cc ranks
this year, although there have been several
riders giving him fits during local events. One
such rider is Tommy Weeck. Also aboard a
KTM, Weeck chased Currier to the finish in
mota one and went 2-4 on the day for second
overall to Currier in the competitive 65cc
Modified (7-11) dass. Austin Howell was Currier's closest competition in two of the four
65cc-dass motos - the other being the 65cc
Stock (7-9) dass - but Howell's seventh-place
first-moto finish In the 65cc Modified dass left
him fifth overall. Howell went 2-4 to latch second overall in the 65cc Stock dass overall.
