Yamaha-mounted Alan Jonas got magnificent starts in the Masters Over 25 division.
Jonas quickly moved out in front of the
IS-rider c1ess, with regular contender Shane
Visintainer running second. Jonas had no
problem or anyone to worry about as he
checked out with the big win. Matthew Frasch
took home second, while Joshua Brehm
kept his eighth-liter machine screaming to
fmish third.
Jonas got off the gate well in the second

through the corner to get the lead. Jonas
displaced Erickson on the second lap for the
lead and never looked back. Erickson finished
second for second overall. Brehm took home
third with a pair of thirds. Jonas showed the
rest of the field that he is for real in the
Masters Over 25 class.
Jonas also dominated the Vet A Over 30
class with back-to-back mota wins. Visintainer
rode a great race, finishing 5-2 for second
overall. "Rocket" Rod Mineau rode hard for
third, posting 3-4 scores.
