On the outside were Larsen and Faria. If you're going to get a great start, this is the time to do it, and that's just what Brant did, as he cut a perfect gate and was away. Larsen was right behind him, with Castro and McConnell close enough to throw a blanket over. Faria was a casualty of the first lap. He got out in the dirt in tum one and slid out. His night was over. Brant opened up a lead that just couldn't be overcome, and he will wear the crown as the new Milne Cup Champion. On back it was Larsen, Castro and McConnell. David Lynch won the Support main, topping John Stunkard and Jeff Blaydes. Support B honors went to Jimmy Steet, more at home on a flat-track bike.
