Spring Creek MX Pederson Pounds 'em at Spring Creek Opener By GEORGE AND KAREN HODKINSON MILLVILLE, MN, MAY 5 More than a thousand entrants made it out for the opening round of the Spring Creek Super Series, sponsored by Scott USA and Bevo Forti, on a weekend that would have looked like part of the Pro National weekend just a few short years ago. On Saturday, some 600 riders - probably the largest crowd ever - showed up for practice on a prepped and groomed course laid out by John Martin and the High Winders. This was the first weekend of the season with 'great weather, and the track conditions proved to be great as well, as the course held up to the punishment of the more than 1000 participants. The A classes featured the deepest talent field in a long time. In the 125cc A class, 43 entries appeared on the list.
