Regional Sales Manager
Fox Racing is searching for dynamic leaders to
manage sales efforts in regions throughout the
United States. In this important role, you will be
responsible for providing training. motivation. and
leadership for our current field sales force in the
region, and recruiting as necessary to meet territory
revenue and coverage objectives for our
established dealer channels. The Regional Sales
Manager is a field-based role tor the company. In
addition to management of territory sales
representatives. the Regional Sales Manager
serves as a key management contact tor dealers,
EDGE
customers, industry partners and national accounts.
Regional sales Managers also coordinate the sales
HAULMARK
effort between corporate-based sales support
groups (Dealer sales Support, Inside sales) and the
region. Regional Sales Managers will define and
execute on quarterly and annual sales goals for
region. and maintain sales budget and prof~ability
goals. A minimum of 7·10 years experience in sales
required, with at least two years sales management
experience. Retail or consumer products experience
preferred. Familiarity with the motorcycle, bicycle
and action sporlS apparel industry helpful.
Bachelors Degree and/or equivalent work

representatives to focus on sales of Fox Products to
assigned sales territories throughout the United
States. Sales representatives execute on quarterty
and annual sales goals for their territory, including
product line targets, utilizing a team selling
approach with the corporate-based sales groups
(Inside Sales, Dealer sales Support). We're looking
for self-starters who can increase sales at a new
and existing dealer accounts, and maximize
revenue opportunitIes within the industry. A
minimum of 3-5 years sales experience reqUired,
with at least two years in retail sales. Sales
experience to a dealer channel preferred.
