On the second lap, Middlebrook stuck his Yamaha in a mudhole, allowing P'Pool to take over second. Schoettmer continued to build on his lead while P'Pool was first overtaken by Majors and then by Richard Ward. For the remaining two laps, this order did not change. SchoeUmer took the win. "I had fun," exclaimed Schoettmer. "The course was real muddy." The next four finishers were all KTM-mounted. Majors held on for second, Ward was third, P'Pool finished fourth and Julius Chapman took fifth. Justin Conners took the holeshot in the Intermediate class. Conners had recently replaced his KX60 with a new KX65, and he is obviously enjoying the extra power. Following R Green into second, and Jake Young had steadily worked his way into fourth. Out front, Miller continued to sail, and he would hold his lead to the checkered flag. "The course was awesome," said Miller, the series points leader in the Junior class. "It was muddy, but I got the holeshot and never backed off." Sinisalo/Smith/Michelin/FMF backed Green turned it up the last two laps to finish second, and Young claimed third.
