Kawasaki pilot Justin "Pooh" Sipes won both 125cc Youth motos, in front of Yamaha-mounted Chris Brown. In the first moto, Brown took the holeshot in front of Kraig Hennessey, on a Zimmer Performance Yamaha, and Jon Wells, on a Cycle Specialties Kawasaki. Brown held the early lead in front of Sipes and Hennessey. Sipes worked his way around Brown for the win, with Brown finishing a close second, in front of Hennessey. Suzuki jockey Chad Canter got the hoJeshot in the second moto, in front of Wells and Yamaha rider Ross Jonston. Wells led the first lap before Brown took the lead on lap two. Sipes moved up after an early problem to challenge Brown for the lead on the third lap and made the pass for the win on the last lap. Hennessey (3-4) claimed third overall, in front of Wells (5-3) and Jonston. Sipes took the holeshot and went wire to wire for the win in the first Senior Mini moto. Joe Smith finished second on a Huntertown Cycle Accessories Kawasaki, holding off Suzuki jockey Nick Kersey for most of the moto. Kersey DNFed near the end of the moto, moving Yamaha man Rory Ogorman into third. Sipes took the holeshot again in the second moto and held the early lead, in front of Smith and Kersey, but fell back to third on the second lap. Smith took over the lead, but Sipes took it back on the next lap. Smith stayed close and got by Sipes on the last lap for the win, with Kersey finishing third. Smith edged out Sipes for the overall, and Ogorman (3-4) finished third. Honda rider Ross Murphy took both wins in the Open Mini class, in front of Kawasaki jockey Bryan Fiscus. Kersey (3-4) Finished third overall after great battles in both motos with Smith, who went 5-3 for fourth, and Ogorman, who went 4-5 for fifth. Justin Weeks had a great day, tak- . ing all four moto wins in the Junior Mini and 60cc classes on a Beechmont Motorsports Kawasaki of Flox rence. Weeks took both moto wins in the Junior Mini class, in front of Cycle _ Tech Kawasaki jockey Jacob Rowi land, with Nicholas Howard placing third in each moto on a Paul's Cycle Yamaha. Weeks took both wins in the 60cc class in front of Dylan Cox, on a River City Racing Cobra, and KTM rider Zach Johnson. eN Podium One Motople.
