Taylor Jason Myhren took two hardfought moto wins in the 250cc No"ice class. Cowell hounded Myhren all the way to the finish in moto one, with Justin McCoy doing the same in round two. Michael Whiting ran away with the first 125cc Beginner moto win and then sliced his way up from a midpack start for a sweep of the field in round two. Dave Lemke did his fair share of passing riders, as he climbed up into a pair of second-place finishes, ahead of Scott Magdeleno (4-4) and Brock Whitehead (3-7). Rivals Johnny Jelderda and Trevor Reis continued their battles this week at the front of the 60cc Intermediate and 60cc Open classes. Reis held off Jelderda by mere inches in both Intermediate races for the win. Reis won the first Open moto over Jelderda, only to fall in round two and hand the overall to Jelderda on a 2-1 day. George Jeffers finished third in the Intermediate class and was runner-up in the Open class on his KX65. Dana Dreier was picture perfect in the Supermini class, leading every lap of both motos.
