Eagle, Co lorado's Lonnie Bredesen again made the two- hour trip d own from the mountains . a nd spooked the compe tition as he dominah.-d the Over 25 B/C and Over 30 B classes for two overall w ins aboard hi s Factorv Connection /Shaklee/Carr era-sponsored Honda a t the third ro u n d of the Rocky Mou ntain Motocross Association' s Su mmer Series at th e IM I Mot orsports Co m p lex, where m ore than 300,000 ton s of sand wer e brough t in to cover the entire tra ck and provide a technically challengi ng race su rface. Bredeson ' s fir st -m ot o win in th e Over 25 B/ C class did n't come easily, as he forgo t to tu m on his gas a nd his Honda shut down a t the drop of the ga te .
