Ungerman made a qu ick pass for second as Las Vegas riders Josep h Page and Joshua Thu rgood closed up to join the lead pack as they roared past the stands for the firs t time. Dersch an, out front in the clean air, kept improving his lead with every lap . Button muscled his way back into second. Pa ge went down in the ba ck of the track, and Th urgood wo n the bat tle with Un german for thir d. Derscha n won big, while Page go t up and bat tled his wa y back to fourth. Dersc han shot out in front in race two. With a better sta rt this time , Page was leading Boylen and Un ge rman as the y a ll cha sed t he mean green machine. Boylen mad e a pass for second , but Page got him back in the rhythm section a nd then set out after Dersch an. For a while, it was th e Derschan and Page show, as th e two lead foots left the pack and put on a great battle for the lead . Finally, Page gra bbed the point for good as the Desert Yamaha ace upped the frantic pace . Page opened up a leadin the late stages of the race and greeted the checkers all by himself to win the race . Derschan fini shed a solid second , w hich was good eno ug h to make him th e overa ll 125cc Junior-class wi nne r. Page' s first-mota score d ropped him to secon d ove rall, a head of Matt Button and.Iosh ua Thur good . Las Vegan Ronn ie Good win also struck gold a t Cedar Racew ay, as he push ed his Cob ra to double wins in the Pee Wee (7-8) class. Goodwin led the pack down the long sta rt straight, with Dillon Glend enning close behind. Tanner Krahenbu hl slashed into secon d at the ffrst tt:orner. A good batt le for th ird took place between Glende nning, Dacoda Soroch uk and jeagher LaFountaine. Gl enden n ing held off all cha llenges to ma ke it a Cobra one-two-three podium. Goodw in aced the start again and stayed on ' the pipe to put the second race in the bag. Glend enn ing finished a solid second, as Lafountaine led Krahen buhl an d Sorochuk across the line. Good win took first overall in the Pee Wee (7-8) di vision and Glendenni ng nailed down second . Kra he n b u h l earned th ird overall, ahead of LaFountaine and Sorochuk.
