Caselli, who is part of Kawasaki's Off-rD.;1d racing support program, has made a serious effort at riding motocross as of late to stay in shape for the long. grueling off-road evenls that lay ahead. The 15-year-old District 37 Mini number-one plate holder has developed into a fine 125cc rider, .md his win in the trophy series is proof of that. Chad Frank surrendered the runner-up position to Caselli on the open.ing lap. to Adam's Caselli quickly had his KXl25 glu back fender as the two front-runners puUed away from Frank, who had his hand. full holding off Sergio Ponce De Leon and visiting S\\'edish rider Gustan Ribers. Adams kept Caselli at bay up until the white-nag lap. Once he got around Adams, Caselli inched away for the win. Ribe.rs broke free from Frank and Ponce De Leon. but Adams was too far gone and the Honda-mounted rider had to be content with a third-plaCl finish.
