Ja son Johnson topped the 16-24 C class with
strong 1-2 moto finis hes at H urrica ne H ills, an
event a tte nd ed by so me 300 rid ers. A change
from previous races this year was the ad dition
of the "G rav ity Cavity" va lley section.
At the sta rt of the firs t 16-24 C moto, it was
no ne other than Johnso n w ho nail ed th e st art
on his YZ 250. Jar ed And erson and the rest of
th e 23 rid e rs foll o w ed . Ric ha rd Kissne r and
And rew Fla sch entiem both wer e past Anderso n qui ckly, and Flasc he nriem then moved into
seco nd to pull away fro m Kissn er on lap tw o.

to retake the lead .
