The 1998 RM125 is totally redesigned to let you ta p into more power, more easily,
when you need it. The engine has modified por t timing and shape, altered compr ession ratio, a new expansion chamber, an improved reed valve, a new carburetor
and a radica l new me thod of ignition timing - all to prod uce more power throu ghout the rev range and help you get tha t power to the ground . You'll feel the
changes as crisper acceleration, as well as a stronge r top-end charge. And, to make
the engine more compact, it now shares the exclusive crankcase design of the
RM250, featu ring the waterpump mou nted inside the cran kcase.
