extra twist. Even though the rain subsided, the
damage had been done, cov eri ng the hillside
su rface with a laye r of slime. Sunday w as more
of the same, with a severe thunderstorm hitting

Laret, but things weren't goi ng his way, as he

pulled off a lap earl y. Laree went on to win. with
Chris Reed second .
AU was not lost. though, as Buck returned
wit h a vengeance to smoke the competition in
roun d tw o on h is CEF-sponsored RM25O. Larct
fin ish ed a di stant second but s till ea rn ed the
overall win.

home with first overall in th e O ver 25 A olnd
Hra vy A classes of the Pridemore Memori.tl race
at Mid way MX in Mitche ll,lndiana.
Harris had no problem getting the hokoshot in
both motos of the Over 25 A class, nevet' lOSing
his lead over ~ challe~ of both Larry Gessner .
and Jeffrey Swaby, w ho finished second and
third. However, it wasn't so easy to be the first to
see the dla:kered flag in the Heavy A cla.'!.."In the finot mota, Harris got the hoteshot" but
Jpffrey Bakt"1" was snraking up on him in the first
