At the 25th Baja 500, Ty Davis, Paul Krause and their Team Green KX500 dominated from the wordgo. Or, at the very least, from the 20 mile mark. Aher that, for the next 4BO sand covered, rock-strewn miles, Ty and Paul were all alone, taking the checkered flag an amazing 34 minutes ahead of the second place team. Not coincidentally, that team of Greg Zitterkopf andDave Ondas was also riding a KX500. In fact, KXbikes took three of the top four spots . at the Baja, as well as the top spots in the Open Pro, 250 Pro, Pro 50+, 250 Sportsman and30+ Sportsman classes. But that's nothing new. Kawasaki has more Baja titles than anybody. Can you say "total dominance" in Spanish? ~ . ~otif SI 2Ild Davis,Zitterkopf and Krause turn Red Mountain green. At Round 4 of the AMA National Hare & Hound at Red Mountain, California, Ty Davis, Greg Zitterkopf, and Paul Krause made sure tlie podium was; Kawasaki only pariy. The three men and their KX500s overcame blinding dust, deep whoops and acres of loose rocks to finish one, two, three, respectively. Not surprisingly, the same three riders also sit atop the National Hare & Hound point standings. Who's gonna win the overall? Well, we're not sure what his name will be. But we know what color of bike he'll be riding. Gr'lllJflofkOji lSI 3rd 151 41h 51h SI :f Zltterkopf P Kro... Sl 2nd 3rd 2nd Sf Greg ZitfIiliopl ISl 3rd 41h 2nd lSI lSI 2nd 5t1t Jes'" Ca
