Steve Morehead, were weal in the rider's meeting .over their.dlsapproval of s~me of the new 1996
dirttrack rules. The riders are specifically upset over
two rules: The new fuel guidelines. and the rule

cycles at any time during the night only if he can
prove that his qualified motorcycle is incapable of
