The AMA will still select the top 50'riders from the AMA National Cha m p io ns hip Reliability Enduro Series, while the rest of the Tulsa entry list will be made up of the 160 "pre-entered" riders (from the U.S.) and the riders from fore ign countries. Approximately 600 riders are expected to start th is year's event on the John Zink Ranch in Sand Springs, Oklahoma, on September 20-25. Speaking of the ISDE, 19 riders have been invited by the AMA to attend a "training camp" later this month, where the six U.S. World Trophy, four Junior World Trophy and the "high-powered" U.s . Club team riders will be officia lly chosen. The likely candidates for the U.S. Wo rld Trophy team are Steve Hatch, Randy Hawkins, Rodney Smith, Scott Summers, Ty Davis, Jeff Russell, Fred Hoess and Guy Cooper.
