. 'Wo rld Cha mpionship by win ning hi s hom e G P in front of approxima tely 18,000 pa r tisa n fans. Demaria
won the first two 25-m inute p lus two lap motos and only Californian T all on
Vohland prevented him from making
a th ree-moto sweep by heading Dema ria home in the final race by a bike

victory in th e 125cc Begi n ner clas s at ro und
o ne o f th e Cycle Parts We>l Spring Series, hel d
at Carlsbad Raceway. The Racin g Enterprisespromoted fo ur-race series kicked o ff with a
European style track, that was smooth and
fast. Zomerdy ke fou nd the track to hi s lik in g
as he ra n away and h id in bo th rnotos.

back o f the pack and pass Beck y Kukla wh o
had nailed th e holeshoi.
