Demaria won the first two 25-m inute p lus two lap motos and only Californian T all on Vohland prevented him from making a th ree-moto sweep by heading Dema ria home in the final race by a bike len gth. Voh land , wh o appeared to tire halfw ay through the first moto and made severa l mi stakes, came o n strong in the next two races and ended up fini shing second overa ll with hi s 7-3I moto finishes, his best showing this year after mi ssing th e first IwO G Ps with a hand injury.
