away wit h the lead. DeBour stretched hi s lead
on the fourth lap , while Sturgell di d battle
with Lee Ander son for second. Last lap action
saw Dell our go down hard in the finish lin e
rockers and give the lead 10 Sturgell. Anderson
was seco nd a nd Bardner third.
In th e second mo to, Bard ner was fastest to
the fir st corner with Sturgell and DeBour in
tow. Ba rdn er fell prey La bo th Sturgell and

Sturgell co ntin ued to lead , DeBour hou nd ed
hi m, bu t mad e a big m istake wh en he remo ved
his goggles a nd could n' t keep close enough
to pa ss. john Fessler moved to th ird by th e
fin ish, good for fifth overa ll .

In the first J unior Stock moto, Kidd pulled
one of hi s many hol esho ts of the weekend with
Justi n Blak e second and Wade Zimmerman
th ird. First lap anion saw Blake try to pass
Kidd u p '.he Mazda wa ll. Blake had the in side
line an d shut the door on Kidd . Blak e held
the slim lead to th e finish, wi th Kidd second
and Chad Mill er third.
The second mo to was to be th e showdown,
but it never mat eriali zed wh en Kidd pulled
the holesho t and Blak e crashed o u t the first
lap.
" I really liked the track tod ay. It was kind
of m udd y at first, but the lines and berms were
grea t," said Kidd.

The seventh ro und of the Florida Motocross
Club Series was held at Florida Motorsports
Co mplex, and Pa u l Cume won the 80cc 1415 and Su per Mi ni classes.

lead wi th Wayne Wil kie, Currie, Mark Perry
a nd Jason T homas fo llow ing. Currie quickly
passed Wil kie, as Keith McQua ig mo ved pa st
