Voh Ian d swep t all four motos in which he competed en route to hi s set of wins. For his effor ts, Voh land pocketed over $2800 in purse and Suzuki continge ncy monies. "The Golden State is a great chance for me to warm up . and make some T 18 good mon ey," said Vohland, wh o will con test th e 125cc MX G P Series. " I can m ake a lot mo re her e than at a supercross l" Over 650 riders showe d up to com pete over the weekend, despite th e g us ty 35 m p h winds tha t bl ew th roughout the day. Man y riders were hesitant to leave the ground in the wind, as th e track in cluded many large jumps and supercross-style obstacles.
