Kizzar put his Suzuki in the lead at th e sta rt of Saturda y's 250ec main even l and never look ed back, Chuck Reed led th e a ttack, wi, h J osh S,eel an d Davey Yezek rig ht beh ind . Ch ad Lo ugh worked into ,hird by ,h e fou rt h lap. Yezek held fourth ahead of S,eel bu ' righ, behi nd him was David Hand, Steve Ch ild ress a nd Chad Pederson, wh o a ll go ' ,errible starts. Sunday 's l25cc final was by far th e most exciti ng race of th e weekend, as three riders went into the last wh oo p section fighti ng for the lead. Ki,zar got th e ho leshot ahea d of Yezek a nd Pederson . Lo ugh led Han d, Jason Bal as a nd Reed j ust beh in d the leaders, Yezek p..,ssed Kizzar n ght after th e first tu rn, and Pederson moved in to challenge Kizzar. Yezek held th e lead, bu' wi,h three la ps to go Kizzar took ,he lead. For ,he last three laps, , here wa s a th ree-way battle for th e lead, and when the white flag came o ut it was a nyo ne's race. Pederso n tried to go ou tside of Kizzar for the lead, bu t cl ip ped Kizzar's rear wh eel and stalled his bike. Yezek had avoid Pederson, and tha t gave Kizzar all th e tim e he needed to clin ch his seco nd wi n of the weekend. Yezek rod e to seco nd, a hea d of Lough, H and fini shed fourth, and Bal as held off Reed for fifth , " f fina lly go t a little luck: ' said Pederso n after he shredded Sunday's 250cc final. Pederson came off the line third, a nd by the second lap was knocking o n leader Reed 's rear wh eel. Reed and Hand had shared the lead until Pederson moved into second. Yezek a nd Kizzar got m id-pack starts, but they were toge ther again in fo urth and fifth . O n the fi ft h la p , Ped er son a nd R eed bumped in the wh oop section and Han d slipped int o third. Yezek began to gai n on th e lead ers , and h is pr essure sp urred Pederso n o n, With five laps to go, Reed slammed the door on Pederso n in the last tu rn ; h ut he went off the trac k two turn s lat er , gi ving Ped erson th e lead. Reed held o n to seco nd desp ite havin g ba nn ers tangled in his rear wheel. Yezek mad e anot her mi stake and lost fo ur places. Ha nd took over thi rd , just ahead of Kizzar and Chad Lo ug h.
