At th e fin ish line, La ckey loo k the win by a large mar g in . \Vargo a nd Lundstrom wen second and th ird , respect ively, while Worl ey fin ished fourth a nd first in the Four-Stroke class . Lac key was 100 har d o n the brakes, however , and s ta lied. This allowed Wargo a nd Lundstrum to pass. La ckey was abl e to repass Lundstrum a lmo st immediately. Within a lap. he cha sed down Wargo and blew by on th e tabletop to reass u me th e lead. On th e n ext lap Lundstrum also passed o n Wargo over th e ta bletop . La ck ey extended hi s lead over his pursuers all t he wa y to the fin i sh . Lundstrum took second Cor second overall , while Wargo finished third. When they started lap two , Henry was lead ing with Ri vas staying with him as Bret Marasc:ia bad mo ved up 10 th ird place after £irst corner problem s. Hen ry tried 10 pull away, but Rivas reeled in the lead er to make it interesting at th e midpoint o f th e ·mo lO. As th e race wound down, Henry was abl e 10 build a co mfortable lead with Ri vas all al one in seco nd and Marascia traili ng in third. H enry look th e win while Rivas and Marascia foll ow ed in seco nd and th ird . .
