Privateer Erik Kehoe (19) used smooth riding in both 125cc motos to take fifth overall ahead of Kawasaki's Jeff £mig and DGY Suzuki-backed Steve Lamson. After crashing in the first tum of the first 125cc moto, Guy Cooper came from 37th to finish fourth behind current Camel Supercross point leader Jeff Matiasevich. Tichenor (6), Johnson (13) and Ward (3) chased Doug Dubach (7) at the start of the second moto. Dubach completed the day with a 5-5 tally for fifth overall.
