Jim Holley's fourth-place finish in the final allowed him to wrap up his
second consecutive Ultracross Championship with one round remaining.
Team Kawasakis Jeff Ward hadan incredible
day at Steel City USAs AMA MX National.He
started things off by smoking the first moto.
Then he came back in the second moto and
won again to nail the 500cc overall. That
made it three out offour series overalls
Wardys taken. And it increased his
series points lead. Incidentally,
Jeff's teammate Jeff Matiasevich
had quite a day, too.
