In 500cc Pro class action, it wasn' t all Dan Berg . unti l th e final lap in the second rnoto wh en he clinc hed his second moto win. The firs t moto was hi s from the o utset. In the second _ rnoto, Berg was th e last man off the line but by mid-rnot o had worked up to second beh ind Sean Conley. The trickies t pass in recent weeks was put on Conley by Berg on the whiteflag lap. Turn three is a ri ght-hander . and co mes aft er a long, harsh series of rockers. The turn ha s a n in side line choice that is a slight rise on approach but drops away sudden ly, and this is a sharp way around. The o u tside line is flat and longer but a higher speed is attainable. Conley got to th e inside line before Berg , but Berg jabbed his right foot o n th e crest of the drop-off, flung his machine near horizontal, set it straight again and was on the gas hard. H e was sideby-side wi th Conley for an instant a nd then he was ahead and gone. Results BO MINI BEG: 1. John Leddy (Kaw); 2. Clayton Keates (Kaw); 3. Neil Goodman (Kaw); 4 .
