Fredette wa s unhappy with his score and his nine earl y points, but happy that he was riding a 250 in th e mountains instead of his usual 200. The Senior A victory went to Floyd Stretch on a 350 KTM , despite burning four checks. Overall honors fell to Kelly Wright on a 250 Honda. He com p leted th e fi rst two loops wi th on ly 19 poi nts dropped. Overall C went to Dean Kinne on a H usk y, who dropped o n ly six points on th e first loop.
