As th e fro nt ru n ners got to th e apex of th e fir st corner on the sta rt of lap two th ey ca me together again . Again th ere was no sta b ility p roblems for either rider bu t Iw anaga clearly had the th rottle o n h a rder a n d was getting th e best drive o ff th e co rner. Going in to turn three h e h ad th e lead lh e wo u ld not rel in q uish for th e remainder of the 13th-lap fin al.
