MARK CHIN By Clay Light ALBANY, OR, NOV. 29 . Grayson Hart won two classes today at the Albany Supercross round of the Mo tocross Northwest-sanctioned Winter Series. Hart topped the 125cc and O pen Pro classes, both with 2I tallies, despite incredibly muddy conditions. The first 125cc P ro contest ran combined with a group of Interm ediates, which made for one of the day's best races. Honda-mounted , Dana Anderson took control of the moto for his second mota win of the seri es. Hart and Gary Beyer ra n seco nd ta Anderson while Dav id Browni ng was fourth. In the Intermedia te portion Kawasaki Team Green rider Jeff Daily jammed h is way around the soupy track for a win , beating Ernie Roberts and Mike West. Mota two was Hart's domain as he took control from the start and never lo o ked back. Anderson initially took the hol eshot, but only to turn one. That's when he and Beyer tangled, sending both down in a heap and p uttin g Hart into the day 's lar gest lead. H art built up 'a 16-second lead and cruised the final five lap s, good for a ,2-1 overall win, bea tin g Ande rso n 's 1-2 score and Beyer's 3-3 performance. Daily demolished the second Intermediate moto for the overall win whi le Rober ts, West and J erem y Skokan rounded out the trophy spots. Hart crashed on the opening lap . of the first Open Pro/ Intermediate con test, giving Moto-X Foxspo nsored Den nis Sweeten the lead with West in second and H art well back of the field. H art p icked off numerous riders and by the midway po int had nabbed West bu t cou ldn't pass Sweeten, w ho ' wen t on to victory. H art ga ted perfectly in the second mota and after one lap ha d bu ilt up a huge lead over Sweeten and West. Har t rode much easier in this mo to and too k a wire-to-wire win, good for his second overa ll win. In the firs t 125cc Begin ner mota , Robby Leach held off a rally from Rom an Ro ss, but in mo to two Kawasaki ri der Rich Postma took the mota from Leach, bu t a first rn oro fo urth wo uld o n ly be good fo r runner-up honors.
