Kalas easily took the win and even slowed on the last lap to let Pryor catch up, then motored away for the victory. Pryor' used his head and a little luck to take the l25cc Expert race. Mota one was all Naughton. The Honda rider led every lap wtih Pryor in second place at the finish. With Naughton sitting mota two out, David McDermott got the holeshot ahead aT Chappy Blose. Pryor and the lone Suzuki of Curtis Culbert. McDermott was flying with veteran Honda pilot Blose rigHt on his heels. Pryor was back about three seconds ahead of Culbert and John -Woodley. When the halfway flag came out McDermott took it 'first. then Pryor and Woodley 10 seconds back. McDermott started tiring and let Blose then Pryor by on lap six. Pryor sized up Blose then made his move on lap seven and made it stick. Although a flagging error shortened the race by one lap, Pryor took the win ahead of Blose and McDermott giving the overan to Pryor. _ The 125cc Amateur classes showcased the riding talent of Wes Parker. Parker took both motos of the highly competitive I25cc Amateur Stock class and then proceeded to sweep the small, but talent filled 125cc Modified class. Pat McMullen took double wins in the 80cc Novice class after battling with Brian Lewallen. Lewallen was an entrant in the 80cc Amateur class. bl:lt McMullen stayed close in moto or~e and topped Lewallen in a convincing fashion in .moto two. Darren Donaldson put'together two winning motos in the I25cc Beginner class. Donaldson held off Chris Hoffarth in mota one and Joe Weber in mota two for a well deserved overall. Results PEE WEE: 1.
