Klimas, Wilson double at Hurricane Hills MX By Thom Veety CLIFFORD, PA, MAY 26 ~ The second day of HUFricane Hill pon Centers Memorial Day weekend motocross races featured a number of riders taking a pair of wins to capture the gold in their respective classes. John Klimas won both moLOS of the 125cc Expert c1as LO take the overall over Robbie Hayes and Bob Kelly. Action Photo pon ored Dan Wilson took his Kawa aki LO a pair of wins in the l25cc Amateur class, ahead of Tim Nichols and SCOll Urban. Bill Wrede captured a pairof moto wins in 250cc Amateur action with Dale Liferand Donald Feraro fighting it out for second with Lifer geuing the knod. Boyesen Engineeringl Action Photos-sponsored Dag Boyesen overcame Kevin He lins early lead in 250cc Expert action and LOok home the overall with a pairof wins. Heslin took second ahe-dd of Jerry Seip. eip came back in Open Expert ~ action LO take the overall in a very tough battle with Boyesen and Chuck Weinberg, who ballied wheel-LOwheel for four laps before taking each other out in a hairpin and giving Seip the vicLOry. MoLO two was all Sei p except for one lap where Boyesen . got around him LO take a brief lead before crashing. Boyesen managed to restart and take third berund a very strong Weinberg. Hometown rider Ronnie Uutook over the lead from Eyvin Boyesen in the first Open Amateur moto and held on for the win over Boyesen, SCOll Kappus and Jimmy Kozimor. Kozimor grdbbed the holeshot in moto two and held it until Uu got on the gas in the final lap and managed ~o get by to take the win and the overall. Kozimor LOok second with Kei th Crothers, Robert Murphy and Mike Frank rounding out the top five. Frank Spencer putLOgether 2-1 moLO finishes LO take LOp honors in 2S0cc .... Novice Action.
