class. Huffman easil y won the second
moto ahead of Highla,nd, Rund,
Ulven and Toby Presnell for a I-I
romp in 60cc action.
Huffman came right back lO soundly thrash the SOcc Bclass, this time on
a Yamaha. In the first 10-lap molO it
was Huf[man out front of fellow
Yamaha rider Chad Berry, Honda
rider Chuckie Standeford and Suzukimounted Jeff Portis, which was the
finish order in the molO. The second
time out saw Berry burn out of the
gate, but his lead would only last for
a moment as Huffman slOrmed past
for a win in molO two and his second
overall win with I-I rides. Berry went
2-2 for a second with Standeford
going 3-3. Portis had sour luck in the
second molO while mounting a charge
and suffered an apparent broken leg
which closed out the 900 day on a
sour nOle.
You've read all about it.
Now go out and/eel
it. A Kerker exhaust
system is simply
overpowering.

everyday occurrence. The equally
smooth performance in the SOcc Mini
Intermediate class resulted in Smith
going home with two first-place Bay'lands trophies. The progrdffi for all
classes was lO-minutes-plus-one-lap
and Smith was still looking fresh
after his lOtal of 40 minutes plus four
laps.
In other class action, young Shawn
Wilson from Lodi used a pair of YZ
Yamahas lo capture a first in the
250cc Intermediate class and a second
in the l25cc Intermediate class. Wilson's achievement was even more
meaningful because he was faced
with back-to-back molOS. Schedules
