Going IOward a new set of doubles, he got out of shape and when he hit the jump, his bike went into orbit. When both came down and slOpped tumbling, he got up and finished the malO. With Jeff Eads down, Mike Eads held the second spot, but a lap later he also crashed. Gerald Greene then moved into second, but he also crashed. JeH Lyons' smooth riding moved him into second place, which he held 10 the end, finishing behind Jones.Jones took the holeshot again in the second malO and easily pulled ahead 10 win. David Albert Jr. held second for one lap before Jeff Eads moved by. Jones, Eads, and Albert was the order of finish. Jeff Cross led lhe first lap of the 125cc B class with Jody Thomas in lOW. By the end oflap two, Mike Tolliver moved 10 lhe front. Darren Wilson moved into second 10 pace Tolliver, and they finished in that order. Bill Barton holes hot the second mOlO, but by the end, Tolliver had the lead and lOok the overall win. The 125cc C class was a bailie between Eddie Addair and Clay IOn Moyers. Moyers won lhe first malO with Addair close behind. During the second malO, Moyers fell while trying to pass Addair on the last lap. By winning the second molO, Addair took the overall. Georgia's Tony Bullard smoked the 250cc Amateur class by easily winning both motos. David Perry led the second mota for two laps, but Ballard moved by on thedoublejumps to take the win. Kelly Cetl's Bike Barn Can-Am 250 fired up on the first kick from a dead engine start when starter Norm Bergquist waved a field of 140 Expert riders o£[ the line. The B classes started 30 seconds later. Getl kept his Can-Am hooked up as he powered to the end of the IOO-acre corn field used for the starting area.
