2021 KAWASAKI KX250 & KX450 F I R ST LO O K P42 T he Kawasaki KX250 gets a host of changes for 2021 but two stand out—electric starting and a hydraulic clutch. The KX250 finally joins the E-start world but is one of the first Japanese manufacturers to offer a hydrauli- cally actuated clutch system for its 250cc motocross bike via coned disc-spring technology. Kawasaki says the use of coned disc-spring contributes to lighter clutch actuation when the lever is pulled and a wider clutch engagement range for improved control.
