On th e second try St rommer led into th e first co rne r wh ere he wa s drilled by " Show time" Bobby Ott. Strommer, who wasn 't happy with Leutz a nd threat en ed him th e fir st time, decided to tak e things into hi s own hands th e seco nd time and went after Ott. H e ga ve Ott a shove but wa s th en restrain ed by corner worker s. As it turned o u t a ll were a ble to restart by Ott co u ldn' t mak e th e ca ll. On th e third try somehow every one managed to make it th rough th e first corner with St rommer leading o ver McC-onnell a nd Ermolenko . Me'Con n ell chased St rom mer over th e first co u p le o f laps the n went by a nd int o th e lead as th ey ca me off turn four o n lap three. Once by, McConn ell ope ned it up a ll th e way 10 th e checkered n ag wi th Strommer taking 'second j ust a head of Errnolen ko .
