for a second motor and just barely got
it going in the right direction when
the ~te soared. Delacy got a great
drive off the 40 with Yarrow and was
trying for third in the first turn when
he met the wall and was out but
unhurt. Sisemore used his leg length
and good styIe to hold off Greg Martz
throughout, while Yarrow was having a tough time adapting to the
strange MPE machine he had borrowed and had to settle (or third over
Mark Zeissler.
In the Scratch main, Delacy's Bicycle Shop/Oilzall/Fritz Recording/
Don Foss Weslake was colored gone
by the first turn as Dave Faria had his
troubles with Tom Ferris and Steve
Martin. Faria tried the middle to outside line he had tried earlier in the
evening but it wasn't there and he
settled in for second as Delacy won by
a wide margin.
