P86 PRODUCT REVIEW I ANTIGRAVITY BATTERY D espite our best efforts to use them regu- larly, our motorcycles often sit for extended periods of time and this can lead to a dead battery. Antigravity Batteries produces some of the best lightweight lithium batteries on the market, and they introduced a Bluetooth tracker that monitors your batteries. It has three func- tions: a voltage test, cranking test and charging test. The unit is very easy to install and will work on motorcycles, cars, boats and RVs. The system uses an app on your phone (iOS or Android) to display the status for the various test and moni- toring history. The app allows you to view real- time and up to 31 days of historical data. One of the most useful features is that the app can be set to send you an alert if the battery is due for a charge to avoid doing damage. They have both lithium and lead/acid versions of the device. (Left) The Antigravity Battery Tracker does just that—keeps track of your motorcycle's battery and warns you if it's running low on juice or is about to do die, which can be costly in both time and money. (Below) Everything you need to know about your battery is displayed via an app (which is free) on your smartphone.
