~ The new Husqvamas • • (Above left) Husky's new 250CR. which retails for $2795. has a new water- cooled engine. graphite-coated piston, frame-mounted radiators and a 38mm flat-slide Mikuni.Seat/tank and sidepanel/fender combinations are new. as is the shock valving. (Above right) The $2095 CR125 has many of the same new features. but the carburetor is a 36mm Mikuni of the regular variety. The steering head on both is 28.5 degrees. (Above left) The 125WR is also water-cooled with a gr8phite-coated piston. The fuel tank is 2.8 gallons like the CR. but the Motoplat ignition has a 70-watt lead. The WR goes for $2145. (Above right) The $2095 125XC shares most of the CR specs, but features a rear frame loop like the WR. (Below right) The $2575 250XC is still air-cooled butthe cylinder is new. The fuel tank has 3.3-gallon capacity. (Below) The 250WR is air-cooled. but features a new cylinder and new fork sliders for better ground clearance. Price tag is $2745. 12
