But som etimes they're easily attained. Take Husqvarna for example. The motorcycle world has knownof their quality, craftsmanship, and championship winning pertormance for over 80 years. And also of their expense. What theworldhas often missed isthe outstanding valuereceived with every Husqvarna. On a valueper dollar basis, Husqvarna is unbeatable. To lhis Husqvarna adds aHusky Products 4 gallon plastic tank with 1983 graphics and aHusky Products Skid Plate. Hadlock nets 2 class wins at FlyingW MX By Wretched Racer WINNEMUCCA, NV, MAR. 13 Yamaha pilot Robbie Hadlock bounced back after his narrow defeat at the first race of the Flying W's Spring MX Series. At this, the second of the three-race series, Hadlock took home the gold for both the Open and 250cc classes; though not without a stiff challenge !n the 250s from arch-rival Jeff Clo~tter. . This time, the Flying W's did a complete rethink on their Calder Cycle Park track. They went Europeanstyle with a short one-mile, technical layout - long off-camber sweepers, 120-degree sidehill hairpins, deep, damp sand in shifting berms, even a little ridge-running. All the Experts got two full 30-minute motos. Hadlock and Cloutier resumed their duel in the dirt at the drop of the 250cc Expert class gate. In the first moto, Hadlock simply grabbed the holeshot with Cloutier chasing. Cloutier's Kawasaki began slowing until, a couple laps from the end, his ignition expired completely. Cloutier pushed across at the checkered for a fifth-place finish. Hadlock won with Todd Arndell (Hon) second and Ty "The Fly" Erquiaga (Hon) third. In the second'250cc Expert moto, Erquiaga pulled a holeshot into the first turn with Cloutier right behind. As they negotiated the very tight 180degree first turn , Cloutier neatly nerfed " T h e Fly" out of the way and ran off from the rest of the field. Hadlock spilled in the first turn and came up last. By the third lap, Hadlock had moved into second place but, even so, . he could barely stay on the same lap as Cloutier. Erquiaga salvaged another third and took second overall. Hadlock's 1-2 was good for the overall win and Clou tier's 5-1 netted him third. Cloutier did not contest the Open Expert bash, so Hadlock had it to himself. In the first rnoto, Dan Dos - ..- sey (Hon) holeshot but Hadlock's YZ 490 took control by the second lap. The second moto was a replay except that Dossey was able 10 hold off Hadlock until the fourth lap. Hadlock had the ability to carve through the pack of respectable Experts like a shark through sardines. Dossey's pair of deuces was good for second overall and Mike Mieras' (Suz) 3-3 netted third overall. . Purchase any new 1 Husqvarna 250XCandget a Husky Products 4 gallon plastic tank with 1983 982 a gr phics. I.t's the ultimate off road machine. .
